Registration fees are transferable to other registrants, and all substitutions must be made in writing. All substitutions are subject to a $50 USD processing fee. The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions and materials, conference meals, Monday night Welcome Reception, and the special Tuesday Customer Appreciation Event.
